Need help setting up or using Sonara? You're in the right place. Below are answers to common questions. If you're still stuck, contact us anytime at ellowinc@gmail.com.

Installation & Setup

  • Download Sonara from your dashboard after checkout.
  • macOS will request microphone and system audio access – click “Allow”.
  • Sonara runs in the background — no need to keep a window open.

Audio Routing Issues

Sonara uses a virtual audio device (like BlackHole on macOS). If you aren’t hearing audio:

  • Make sure your system output is set to "Sonara Audio" or "BlackHole".
  • Use headphones to prevent feedback when routing system audio.
  • Restart the app after changing any audio settings.

Subscription & Access

After purchase, you'll receive download access and updates via your registered email. If you're having trouble:

  • Check for a verification email from no-reply@ellow.io
  • If your download fails, try from a different browser or network
  • For billing questions, contact ellowinc@gmail.com
